shelf／cabinet架子/櫥櫃
shelf是單數名詞，指的是架子、擱板，通常是一片長方形架子，可以是置物架、書架等等...
但請注意！如果有多個架子，它的複數名詞是不規則變化：shelves。

大家如果常看歐美電影的話，應該常常會看到劇中的男女主角頭痛（have a headache）時，就會走到浴室裡打開鏡子，從後面的櫥櫃拿一些阿斯匹林（aspirin）來吃吧？那樣的櫥櫃就是cabinet，或也可稱作medicine cabinet。
