You seem to be in a great mood today.
Looks like you've had a good day.
You seem a bit tired / stressed / distracted.(你似乎有點累 / 壓力 / 分心)
Great!
Couldn't be better.
Pretty good / tired.
Things are great / so-so / alright, I guess.
That's the thing – I'm now looking for a new job.
I'm taking a break now.
I'm not really sure what to say. What about you?
Could be better, but not to worry. And you?
I'm sure things'll get better soon. What about you?
How are things at your end?
Things are fine.
I'm sure I'll manage fine.
Yeah, you know how it is.
So, how did the meeting go with your boss?
So, how did it go with your girlfriend Janet?
So, are you still working at the furniture store?
I saw Frankie last week. He has a new job.(告訴對方一個你們共同認識朋友的近況)
Have you seen Molly recently? What's she up to?(詢問對方有關一個共同認識朋友的近況)
