蘋果日前宣布將於台灣時間13日凌晨1時舉行iPhone 15系列發表會，沒想到就在發表會前夕，竟然又有新爆料。爆料者指出，iPhone 15全系列其實將推出5款機型，是比過往4款機型都要高階的「iPhone 15 Ultra」。
知名爆料客「Majin Bu」在社群平台發文指出，先前外界認為蘋果針對iPhone 15系列將推出4款機型，分別為iPhone 15、iPhone 15 Plus、iPhone 15 Pro、iPhone 15 Pro Max，不過最新消息指出，其實還有一款更為高階的機型即將推出，就是「iPhone 15 Ultra」，更被視為iPhone 15系列中最頂級的機型。
Majin Bu一一點出iPhone 15 Ultra的頂級配備，包括8GB記憶體、2TB儲存空間等，比預計升級的iPhone 15 Pro Max還分別多出2GB記憶體及1TB的儲存空間，也因此價格將比其他機型再貴上100美元（約3187元新台幣）。
雖然Majin Bu附上相關爆料截圖，但Majin Bu也不敢肯定爆料真實性，懷疑是配件廠商也不能確定最終機型，因此才有相關截圖流出。事實上，先前的爆料是認為蘋果將把iPhone 15 Pro Max改名為iPhone 15 Ultra，究竟是否有第5款機型推出，就要等蘋果發表會當天才能知道。
