Sofia 是個很麻煩的人，她的個性龜毛而且要求很多，喜歡被當做娘娘伺候。當這麼一位龜毛娘娘去和飯店櫃台人員辦理住房時，會不會發生世紀奧客大戰呢！？跟著小 V 看下去！

(在前台)The receptionist: Good morning, ma'am, welcome to Gran Hotel. How can I help you today?
接待人員：早安，女士，歡迎來到格蘭飯店。今天能為您效勞嗎？Sofia: Hi, I have a reservation. I'd like to check-in.
Sofia：嗨，我有預訂。想辦理入住。The receptionist: Certainly, ma'am. What name is the reservation under?
接待人員：沒問題，女士。是用哪個名字預訂的呢？Sofia: Under the name Sofia Honig.
Sofia：名字是 Sofia Honig。The receptionist: (typing on his computer) Ma'am, I have confirmed your reservation. Would you like to pay by cash or credit card?
接待人員：(在電腦上打字) 女士，我已確認您的預訂。您想付現還是刷卡？Sofia: Wait, is it a room or a suite? My friend booked it for me – that's why I'm asking.
Sofia：等等，是訂了一般房型還是特別套房？是我朋友幫我訂的，所以我才會問。The receptionist: It is a deluxe suite, ma'am.
接待人員：是豪華套房，女士。Sofia: Great! Does it come with a view?
Sofia：太好了！有景觀嗎？The receptionist: The best view in town, ma'am.
接待人員：是最好的景觀，女士。Sofia: Good, I won't settle for less. Here's my credit card.
Sofia：很好，比那差的我可不要。這是我的信用卡。The receptionist: Thank you, ma'am. Here's your key card. Your suite is on the 12th floor. The room number is 125.
接待人員：謝謝您，女士。這是您的鑰匙卡。您的套房位於 12 樓。房號為 125。
