further 的用法
接下來，further 是用在於表示「程度上的差異」，當副詞時，意思是「更遠地」、「進一步地」，來看些例子：
He never manages to get further than the fifth page of his history textbook before falling asleep.（他歷史課本老是讀不到五頁就睡著了。）
The signing of the contract was further complicated by her arrogant attitude.（她自大的態度使簽合約更加複雜了。）
The lawyer decided to take the case further.（律師決定將案子進一步地上訴。）
最後，further 比較特別，還有動詞的詞性，這時的意思是「推進」、「增進」，例如：
He moved to Taiwan, hoping to further his career.（他因為希望事業能有所進展而搬到台灣。）
現在回到一開始學員的問題，Without further ado, let us get right into the video! 是否可以改成 farther，答案是不可以這樣改！因為這裡 further 代表的是「更多的（冗言）」，是「（程度上）更多」，所以和 farther「（距離上）更遠」的意思是不一樣的哦！
